What to expect
DAY 1
• Eyebrows will appear thick and dark.
• Eyebrow area will be sensitive and tender.
• Swelling and redness will subside within 24-48 hours.
• One eyebrow may be slightly different from the other. It could be caused by how differently each side of your face swells. Please give swelling time to subside.
• Keep in mind, eyebrows can never be perfectly symmetrical because our face is not symmetrical.
(Symmetry DOES NOT EXIST as eyes, nostrils, ears are not symmetrical.) As your brow artist, I will try to make your eyebrows as similar as possible but you must also consider that you may have more muscle movement on one side or one side may be higher due to your bone structure. Moving your eyebrows or face in general will make them look different.
DAY 2-5
• Eyebrows will harden and the texture may appear raised as they begin to form scabs.
DAY 6-10
• You may experience extreme itchiness in the eyebrows. Please don't scratch or tug on skin.
• Skin will begin to exfoliate and flake off slowly. DO NOT self-pick or pull off any flaking. This will cause premature pigment loss and create splotches or scarring in your eyebrows.
• As the scabs naturally flake off, expect the results underneath to be lighter.
• Results may look milky/cloudy after fully peeled due to the epidermis still healing. Color will need time to settle. Eyebrows will slowly reappear and take on more strength in the next 4 weeks.
(Average peeling time: 7-10 days.)
Please Note:
• Excessive bleeding during your session(s) can prevent pigment from fully absorbing, which may lead to lighter, uneven, or sparse results. I will always do my best, but your body’s natural response is beyond my control.
• Pigment applied over existing scar tissue may heal lighter or appear slightly shiny.

WHAT TO EXPECT over time
With time, your brows will naturally fade and slightly shrink. Annual touch-ups are recommended to maintain their shape and color. Please be sure to book your touch-up in advance to secure your appointment before your maintenance window.
Factors that fade eyebrows faster:
• skin type (oily)
• skin regiments/facials
• direct sunlight for long periods
• working out/sweating a lot
