There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 to book your appointment. It will go towards your payment when the procedure is done. Appointments are not secured until a deposit is made.
A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
The deposit will be forfeited for no shows or cancelled appointments.
